  • Indoor Bootcamp - Our indoor Bootcamp classes are a range of circuits, HIIT and strength training to increase your fitness, strength and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome!

  • Kettlebells - Join us for our full body strength and conditioning kettlebell classes with a range of exercises to blast fat and increase muscle and strength.

  • Outdoor Bootcamp - Kick-start your mornings by joining us for our outdoor Bootcamp with a range of circuit, HIIT and running stations! All fitness levels welcome!
